Refined sugar
Every one of us likes to eat sweets. We all add sugar to many of our foods and drinks. But there is a danger in using excess sugars, especially refined sugars. It’s proved that excess sugar intake have direct relation with development of Diabetes. Sugars induce obesity and that intern leads to diabetes. So try to avoid refined sugars from your diet. But more than that is not good. Especially when they are fried in oil. Ideally human body is designed to be vegetarians. It’s always better to stick to a vegetarian food.
Excess salt
A minimum amount of salt is required by our body per day. But if the amount of intake is more, then it adversely affects our body. Excess salt intake has direct relation with hypertension. So try to avoid salted chips, salted drinks, etc.
